To date, the Ukrainian market does not have any employment agency specializing in direct and innovative marketing, mail order commerce and call-centers. So the UADM and the First Ukrainian HR Agency initiates the exchange of information and experience between the HR-managers of these fields and different projects in order to make their work easier.

Vera Shatskaya (v.shatskaya@1ukrkadry.com.ua), the Managing Partner of First Ukrainian HR Agency, is the Head of HR-Committee.
